The two “Elephants in the Room”
Whenever the conversation turns to a discussion of asset preservation there are two huge “elephants in the room”, as the expression goes. Each represents a major financial risk. To ignore them or to minimize their significance can be disastrous.

1. How much guaranteed income you will have.
2. You must seriously reduce or eliminate risks: market risk, inflation risk, longevity risk, and, especially, the risks posed by both “elephants in the room”.
